Q1. Why would MB9 charge $500 for the on-site consultation
  • MB9 takes every project seriously start from the beginning, understanding customer requirements and expectations is a key part of the project process and an important step for the success of the project. 
  • We do proper requirement study, job scope assessment, conceptual design proposals during this stage, the actual cost on us is more than this but we only charge this nominal amount.
  • As deliverables for this amount paid, we provide you with a video recording of your current site, your requirements and expectations for confirmation, also a report with details of conceptual designs, job scopes and cost quotations.
  • This charge will be contra'd off from the over project for accepted quotes

Q2. What will be my time spend/engagements during the whole project process
  • Showing the building site & briefing the requirement and expectations
  • Material selection (tiles, vanities & bathroomware)
  • Design and implementation confirmation
