MB9 takes every project seriously from the beginning, on-site consultation is the first step for requirement briefing/gathering, MB9 normally invests an average of 2 days to work out project proposal for you, including design/style proposal, material selection and ultimately a cost quotation for you.

There is a nominal change of $500 for this on-site consultation service even though the actual running cost on MB9 is a lot more than this amount.

Why would MB9 charges a fee for the consultation service

We do proper requirement study, job scope assessment, conceptual design proposals during this stage.
As deliverables, we provide you with a video recording of your current site, your requirements and expectations for confirmation, also a report with details of conceptual designs, job scope and cost quotation.
This charge will be contra'd off from the over project for accepted quotes
