MB9 is a newly established renovation company in late 2024, we want to invest the first year operation in 2025 to showcase our quality work to the public by establishing some initial exemplary success story cases.

As a new company, how can you ensure that you can provide quality renovation work?

The team behind the company is not new, everyone has been in the industry for many years and have done hundreds of renovations in the past.

Do you provide work warranty for these work?

Yes, a standard industry practice of 7 years warranty will be provided.

Are there strings attached to this offer?

We wouldn't see it as strings, it is going to be a win-win operation for both MB9 and the customer, refer to the "What you give and what you get section" for details.

Is there a catch to this offer?

There is no catch, please refer to the "Terms and conditions" sections for details, we can only do what is financially viable.

What would happen once I submit the form?

MB9 will evaluate your case to determine if you are qualified for the FREE service, in whatever the case, we will communicate with you through email.

What you get

MB9 fully paid labours for end-to-end bathroom renovation work, i.e. demolition, carpentry work, plumbing work, electrician work, water proofing work, tiling work, fitting off work (Fittings, fixtures and all materials are not included, including rental of demolition skip bins, carpentry material, plumbing material, electrical material, water proofing material and tiling material etc.)
Work warranty and specialized work certificates for plumbing, electrician, waterproofing work.

What you give

Be our success story case and help us spread the word for our quality work (i.e. writing google reviews, be our reference for potential MB9 customer enquiries, allow us to record videos of your project to publish to YouTube, a one or two minutes short video testimony would be the most desirable give)

Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is only valid for neighbouring customers who has a renovation site in Northshore Sydney
2. Renovation work commence and complete within calendar year 2025, i.e. start not earlier than 1st Jan 2025, finish not later than 31st Dec 2025
3. Refer 3 committed customers to MB9 who sign up standard bathroom renovation service contract with MB9 within calendar year 2025
4. Operationally you pay MB9 for the renovation job upfront like any other standard project, MB9 will make a refund of all the labour charges back to you at year end if the terms and conditions are met.
5. MB9 reserves the rights for the explanation of this offer and has the discretion to make changes to it.
